East End Dubs is imbued with the same urban grit, late night menace and subtle sense of mischief as the East London streets from which he takes his name. It has been that way since when he first broke through with a dark and infectious tech sound that has been jacking up dance floors all over the world. His own productions are slick, texturally rich affairs that are perfectly sculpted to be a perfect mix of function and form: metallic and mechanical yet scuffed up with a real sense of soul, they diamond cut tools designed for maximum impact with minimal effort. East End Dubs very much considers himself a DJ first, producer second, and has done since he first started spinning 15 years ago. Since then he has spent untold hours lost in record bins, on Discogs, in stores around the world hunting for those most timeless records. Always underpinned by a close connection to London, he often plays extended sets featuring plenty of his own trademark analogue grooves, but also likes to link with DJs like Priku for back-to- back sets that show off his versatility and ability to work a range of clubs and crowds.

Equals Grusti. The outcome of several years of priceless moments performing together and many late nights spent jamming in the studio; sharing their musical flavours and knowledge. Here, they deliver three personal productions accompanied by a remix from prolific producer East End Dubs. The vinyl only release comes on Tervisio , an outlet born last year as a rebellion to the conventional, bringing forward new sounds and textures with high energy. The percussive influences of Buenos Aires meet the raw and cutting edge of Moscow, for a masterful release.
East End Dubs’s tracks
Following an incredible year, East End Dubs returns to the club on 15th February with rising talent Remelie on support. Known for creating groove-led tunes to build a pulsating, engaging set for every audience on his packed touring agenda, the hardware aficionado soundtracks our Middle Floor once again for our Friday night party. Keen to shine a light on burgeoning talent, the Turkish producer shares five artists who have slipped under his radar recently and tells us why we should look out for them this year…. Ray first contacted me 2 years ago and send me a large folder with lots of music. I was very impressed, He certainly has his own unique style which is Deep and Dubby stuff. He is representing the 3rd generation Romanian artists and following the footsteps of arpiar crew. Both guys are also getting good behind the decks and playing with us on our showcases. Cosmjn is set to release his second EP on Eastenderz later this year. We met in Ibiza this year, He is also a great chap and a good DJ. He will appear on labels like Mulen and Rowle later this year.
